🚚Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• USA: Free shipping, typically delivered within 7 days.
• Europe: Free shipping, typically delivered within 15 days.
• Other International Destinations: Shipping rates and times may vary. Import duties and taxes may apply.

🔄Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your shades! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in unused condition.

To start a return, please email us at furry-sunkissedshades@outlook.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
